Stress at work and in home life can cost a company a lot of money if it means team members are often taking days off sick, and although companies can try to do their best to minimise stress caused within the work environment, there’s not much they can do about factors in an employee’s home life.
But none the less, home pressures will still have an effect on the working environment and can often have a rippling effect on other employees…but what can you do about it?
ACF can provide a 1 hour Mindfulness workshop for up to 30 people, where our facilitator will give people tools to deal with stress both in and outside of the work place. Participants will go home having learnt ways in order to cope with stresses that can be practiced on a daily basis which will include traditional mindfulness methods in combination with some powerful NLP techniques.
So what exactly is mindfulness?
Mindfulness is about becoming aware of the here and now. About putting aside worries about the future and the past and experiencing the present. People have used it effectively to treat anxiety, pain, depression and stress. It has also been seen to enhance creativity and productivity too. A great business benefit!
