An idyllic rural location for team building days. Surrounded by a 250-acre nature reserve, Folly Farm offers a peaceful location for team building events, group activities and outdoor challenges.

Folly offers conference spaces ranging from restored stone barns to fully equipped meeting rooms. Each space is able to offer all the facilities you would expect from a modern conference centre, mixed in with a little charm and character provided by the beautiful buildings and surrounding countryside:

One of the many reasons we love Folly Farm is due to their Green goals, which line up with our own sustainability objectives. Folly Farm Centre is housed in a set of carefully restored farm buildings with eco features including biomass heating and solar energy. Wastewater is broken down naturally by a reed bed sewage system and rainwater is harvested from the rooftops. All paper products are 100% recycled, and all cleaning products are eco-friendly. 

A large range of our indoor team building activities and outdoor team building activities can be held at Folly Farm. From team development days with MiRo psychometrics, to outdoor team challenges such as Axe Throwing, Soapbox Derby and the Trebuchet Challenge!

Whether your looking for a team get away for a couple of hours, or a full day of competitive challenges. Our experienced event management team will come up with a package to suit your needs.
