Your personality is a particular pattern of behaviour and thinking prevailing across time and situations that differentiates one person from another. It is made up of many different elements, some innate some learned.
This complex system of attributes, behavioural temperament, emotions and mental energies is impossible to fully comprehend, let alone assess and quantify. Therefore the MiRo system looks at what can be observed, such as our habitual behaviours.
These behaviours are determined by how we unconsciously perceive our environment and ourselves in relation to that environment. By measuring behaviour, psychologists and psychotherapists such as William Marston and Carl Jung have indentified four main Behavioural Modes that are open to all of us. They are Driving, Energising, Organising and Analysing and we use these Modes in order of our own preferences.
A number of ACF facilitators use the MiRo assessments as a tool when discussing teams and their dynamics. If you are interested in learning more about how MiRo can be used in your team we would be happy to provide you with a free assessment. To see if you qualify please contact the ACF team for further details.
"A wonderful day. I never expected to receive such an excellent gift. I will be reading through the MiRo information and hopefully take part again in the near future. Thank you"
