Winter Wonderland
A classic Winter Wonderland is the perfect Christmas party theme for those of you looking to host a sophisticated outdoor soirée complete with fire pits, cosy sheepskin rugs, mood lighting and tables laden with comfort food that can be served where you’re sat.
If you’re looking to turn the magic up a notch, we can transform your Christmas party venue into Narnia by adorning the space with snow-covered trees, twinkly lights, a magical wardrobe door entrance and resident Snow Queen who makes for excellent photo opportunities!
This event can either be fully managed by our wonderful team here at ACF or you can dry hire all of the appropriate props and equipment.
Hollywood Night Out
Shake off the loungewear and put your glad rags on for a Hollywood Night Out!
Perfect your red carpet poses as the paparazzi take your picture whilst online guests attend a cocktail making or wine tasting masterclass. Live streaming allows virtual guests the chance to experience the big screen from the comfort of their own homes so no one misses out.
After a classic sit-down meal, we can help you pull off your very own illustrious awards ceremony where you hand out statuettes to deserving team members. Awards could include everything from ‘Biggest team player’ to ‘Most questionable workwear during lockdown’.
If you’re feeling competitive, put your team through their paces with our Hollywood film quiz night which can be complemented by themed team names, tables and dress code. Quiz rounds include Lookalikes, Scene Reenactments and Guess The Film Score. This is an excellent idea for virtual and hybrid events too!
The Show Must Go On

Mud and Mulled Wine
How about a spot of 4×4 off-road driving followed by warming glasses of mulled wine? Test your skills on our purpose-built course in the Mendips, navigating dips and ditches, steps and logs, all within the beautiful countryside setting at Aldwick Estate.
Our experienced instructor will guide you around the track, adapting the course depending on your confidence and experience levels so you can still have the ride of your life whether you’re new to off-roading or a 4×4 veteran.
Who said the festive period had to be all about glitz and glamour?!
Guns ‘n’ Rosé
How about an afternoon of traditional country pursuits followed by a delicious mince pie and a festive glass of mulled wine? We offer a wide range of shooting activity days that you can try your hand at, from clay pigeon shooting to air rifle shooting.
If that isn’t your thing, however, you can swap gun-toting for axe throwing or archery.
Tanks and Tinsel
If you’re looking for an adrenaline boost with a military twist, book a driving experience with our armoured personnel carrier.
Once you’ve worked up an appetite, you’ll retire to our beautiful converted barn for a delicious Christmas lunch with all the trimmings.
Virtual Christmas Events
If you aren’t quite ready to celebrate with an in-person event, we’ve called upon our wealth of industry experience and creative expertise to launch our brand new virtual events for remote teams to enjoy.
