Here at ACF Events we are big advocates of health and wellbeing, and we don’t just mean we love a good nap and vegetable smoothies! We practice what we preach¬†and we know¬†first hand that educating your employees about wellbeing and being aware of their individual needs can only lead to a happier workforce.

As we all know, a happier and healthier employee will be a more productive and engaged employee, which can only be good for your business.

Big companies like Google and Facebook are famous for their expensive wellness initiatives, but what about the millions of smaller companies? Is the investment really going to realise the same benefits? And can investing in wellbeing be more affordable than providing an onsite chiropractor or free bikes for every employee?

How do I choose which wellbeing event to book?

We will guide you, but initially the best thing to decide is what you want to achieve from your wellbeing event. Is it a day to provide a change of scenery and relaxation? Or are their deeper issues that need to be addressed? Do you want to go further afield for a retreat, or have us come to your offices to provide sessions in smaller groups? Whether you’re a small team or a multi national enterprise, we have a range of wellbeing activities that can help you with the 4 pillars of wellbeing: 

  • Social Wellbeing
  • Physical Health and Wellbeing 
  • Spiritual Wellbeing 
  • Pyschological Health and Wellbeing 

All of our events can be booked as stand alone activities or as part of a larger event. You may have a whole conference focused on staff wellbeing and employee engagement, or perhaps you are just looking to provide a breakout session which promotes healthy activities.

Many of our health and wellbeing activities will give participants the chance to try something new. Often it will be an activity that they would have never have sought out themselves, but we regularly find that a large percentage of participants will go home having found an activity that they can persue and practice at home. 

We aim to provide an inclusive and comfortable environment in all of our sessions, with the intention to equip participants with tools so that they can help themselves and take control of their own wellbeing, both at home and at work.
