When you make an enquiry or request information, we need to know your name, phone number and email address. This allows us to process and fulfil your request and respond to you in an appropriate manner.
When you make a booking for an event, we need to know your name, address, email address, client name and delivery address. This allows us to process and fulfil your event booking, and to contact you as and when required with queries and updates about the event.
This information will be logged onto our customer management system (Bigin by Zoho) which is held on a secure server and will only be used by ACF Teambuilding and Events Ltd to contact you with regards to your enquiry, booking or event. We will also use it to follow up after an event and to provide you with information about our services that may be of interest to you in the future. We may also upload anonymised (hashed) first-party customer contact data to our Google Ads account for Customer Match audience targeting in line with googles security policies.
How does ACF Teambuilding and Events Ltd protect customer information?
When you book an experience or make an enquiry, we use a secure server. Furthermore, as required by The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), strict security procedures are followed in the storage and disclosure of any information which you have given, to prevent unauthorised access.
Back up of information
Information held by ACF Teambuilding and Events Ltd is on a secure server at Aldwick Estate. Information is backed up twice daily to a separate NAS drive held on site.

Feedback Policy
Customers who submit reviews to us via any public feedback pages or review pages online must confirm that they have written their reviews based on their own opinions and experiences and that the information contained in their reviews are factual. By submitting a review, customers grant us permission to publish it online, via print media or use in our brochures and, if necessary, edit it for typos.
ACF Teambuilding and Events Ltd use Google Forms to request feedback after an event. When using this feedback method respondents are able to confirm if they are happy or not happy for us to use their feedback in marketing material.
Financial Information:
When paying for a service we do not store your card details. Payment is handled by ‘Zettle’ which uses PayPal and the transaction is secured with SSL encryption.
If a payment is taken over the phone ACF Teambuilding and Events will ask you for your card details in order to make the transaction. These card details are never stored. Information regarding a transaction for invoice purposes will be held securely for up to 7 years.
Email Marketing
We occassionally send updates and news about ACF Events and it’s services to our customers via a third party called Zoho Campaigns. You will have the ability to ‘opt out’ at any time by contacting ACF Teambuilding and Events Ltd or clicking the unsubscribe link when you receive once of these emails.
Online Advertising
We leverage Google Ads to reach potential customers on search and other websites they visit. This means you might see our ads displayed on sites you browse after visiting ours. To understand user journeys and deliver relevant advertising, we may allow Google to collect anonymized data about your activity on our website. This data collection utilizes cookies and similar technologies. You can always control how your information is used for advertising purposes by visiting Google’s Ads Settings. Who has access to your information?
Information held about our customers and their enquiries is only accessible by ACF Teambuilding and Events Ltd office staff. Computers are locked with individual passwords and customer databases are only accessible with unique usernames and passwords. ACF operate a clear desk policy and will never store financial information on databases or on desks. Any financial information that is taken during a payment process is completed via secure verified platforms.
Information held on our email marketing mailing list (names, email addresses and sometimes phone numbers) are accessible to you, and you may change your preferences and / or details at any time via a link on our newsletters or by contact ACF Teambuilding and Events Ltd directly.
