ACF Race nights are always a roaring success!
Forget any pre-conception you may have of a low budget, amateur race night. A Night at the Races is a premium quality event, presented to the highest standard. From a fully themed ’sit down’ event for 400 guests at Ascot Racecourse, to an informal after dinner activity for 20 people, we can tailor this flexible event to meet your requirements.
This Unique Race Night not only involves the essential thrill of betting and watching live races for a frenzied atmosphere but includes a large amount of audience participation. Our fantastic compere will get guests out of their seats and cantering around the room doing their best impression of a jockey (or horse) to earn extra money for their teams to bet with.
Fun Money and race cards are issued equally to guests who work as a team, then following a brief welcome and explanation, our lively Compère will introduce each of the races, giving the odds and form tips on each of the runners.
A preview of the horses in the next race is shown on the screen as guests begin placing their bets. Each table will be given this list of horses detailing their form and showing the jockeys pattern to look out for during the race.
It also comes with white picket fencing, an artificial grassed paddock , Tote signs, all the stationery required, winners rosettes and of course the event team made up of Jockeys, Compere , Tote Manager and the Dodgy Tipster.
Place your bets as you gamble on some of the fastest animals on earth. Win or lose you are guaranteed a fantastic time.
All went really well last night, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The guys were great, just say thank you to Rob and team for all since I had to leave earlier. Nevertheless the 12 of us present make enough noise for 50 – so it was really good. The food was delicious and the location was fantastic. Thanks again Lyndsay for all your trouble and patience.
