“YEEE-HA”. An ACF Events Wild West theme is so much fun, you’ll be slapping your thighs for weeks afterwards.

How do we create a wild west theme for your corporate event?

We use a combination of backdrops and props to create the right setting, while hay bales dotted around add to the theme and double up as extra seating. We have props to add to the room such as cactuses and giant wagon wheels, and then there are all the smaller details such as cowboy hats, boots, holsters, saddles and the odd prospector complete with his sieve propped up in a corner (maybe).

Once everything is in place the Wild West fun really begins as the live band takes to the stage and get’s everybody’s toes tapping. Within minutes the place is bouncing as, with expert guidance from our caller, even the complete novice is do-si-do-ing and promenading their partner like an old-timer.

Fancy dress is optional! Yee-harring and whooping is mandatory!

The great thing about a Wild West (with optional Barn Dance) is that it’s totally inclusive as young and old mix in total harmony.
