RACE NIGHT

A night at the races is a premium quality game show style event.

From a fully themed event for 400 guests, to an informal after dinner activity for 20 people, we can tailor this flexible event to meet your requirements. It’s also one of our top recommend activities for charity events.

What happens at a race night?

An ACF corporate Race Night not only involves the essential thrill of betting and watching live races, but what makes this event extra fun is the large amount of audience participation. It’s not your traditional race night. Our fantastic compere will get guests out of their seats completing bonus challenges to earn extra points for their team.

Fun Money and race cards are issued equally to guests who then work as a team for the duration of the event. Following a brief welcome and explanation, our lively compère will introduce each of the races.

Teams will be given the list of horses, riders and form for the next race, as our compere parades the horses on the big screen. They will give the odds of each horse, share any tips and encourage betting to take place.

A themed race night

To make our race night events as immersive as possible we can create an artificial grass paddock complete with picket fencing, tote signs and rosettes. For added themed fun, our compere is joined by various jockeys, a tote manger and even a dodgy tipster (subject to the package booked).

Place your bets as you gamble on some of the fastest animals on earth. Win or lose, you are guaranteed a fantastic time!

Race nights can be incorporated into a conference, evening event, dinner party or Christmas party. With the emphasis always being on participation and fun. Just check out the photos to see the smiley faces!

Race Nights can be booked at all our recommended venues and any suitable location within the UK. It can also be run virtually with remote participants logging on to take part.  As with all our activities, it meets our sustainable policy, details of which are available.
