LABYRINTH

Labyrinth is a multi-layered team development experience designed for groups of 15–30 participants.

Created for established teams, it pushes beyond day to day working roles and practices to challenge how individuals think, communicate, and collaborate under pressure.

Through a series of interconnected challenges (run either concurrently or consecutively) teams must quickly absorb, retain, and share complex information. Success depends on clarity of communication, creative problem-solving, and the ability to adapt in a constantly evolving environment.

Flexible in delivery, Labyrinth works equally well indoors or outdoors, creating a setting where different strengths naturally come to the fore. As the activity progresses, it becomes clear that leadership is not defined by role or hierarchy. Those who step forward, listen well, and connect ideas drive the team forward, and can emerge from anywhere within the group.

The experience is carefully designed to engage a wide range of personality styles.
