Christina’s background is unique and varied. She has been involved in the events industry for over 20 years. She is professional, positive, supportive, motivated and enthusiastic. Christina was a client of ACF Events before joining the team in 2011. As a Director and with an invested interest she is passionate about delivering world class fun and memorable events that unify people. “I am very lucky. I can honestly say I love my job.”

Amy is super organised! Having spent her university placement year with us, we just had to have her back! She is thorough and accurate in all her work and has a keen eye for the finer details. Amy works on a lot of our larger events and will ensure that all the little details are in place. Her bubbly nature and helpful manner make her a pleasure to deal with.

Lyndsay has worked in the hospitality industry since 2000, and after spending nearly 5 years at 4 star hotel working in the Conference and Events department, Lyndsay was looking for new challenges and joined the team at ACF in 2011. Having worked in almost all departments at ACF over the years, Lyndsay is now our head of marketing and communications.

Jess joined ACF in 2021 as part of our amazing admin team. Jess had previously worked on some of our company fun day events in person before taking on a full time role in the office. With an attention to detail and efficient computer skills, Jess will make sure your event paperwork is produced with no problems.

Amy is a wonderful addition to the ACF team and comes from a fast paced hospitality background. Amy joined ACF in 2023 in the events admin department.

Adrian is always wearing a smile! As our Head of Logistics he spends his time making sure that we can get your event equipment and event people, to your event! He’s a multi skilled kinda guy with qualifications in 4×4 driving, bushcraft skills and has a wealth of hospitality and events experience.

Luke joined ACF in 2022 after we experienced a boom in events after the pandemic. Luke ensures that our warehouse is running smoothly and that our event equipment is in tip top condition.

Colin came to ACF as the freelance host of the awesome It’s A Knockouts and liked working there so much he moved to Bristol. When he is not compere at a huge variety of corporate events with them he likes nothing better than bombing round Bristol harbour on his bike with his son.

With a wonderful sense of humour Mel is full of life and has a way with clients. Mel has worked on every type of event that we offer at ACF and will ensure your teams are getting the best out of our day.

Tim Thurston is an experienced Managing Director and business leader, with over 30 years of management experience. He has been MD of five different business in the media industry and during Tim’s career he has led and developed teams to achieve consistent success. He has an established reputation for developing people and has successfully managed several change programmes. Fun Fact: He is also a qualified football and cricket coach.

Probably the most positive person you will ever meet! Stephanie specialises in ‘laughology’ and has a wealth of experience in providing team workshops and energiser sessions to bring out the fun in everyone.

Phil Winterton (FRSA C.Eng) has been with us since 2006 and adds his considerable outdoor experience to ACF. He is an “Outward Bound” graduate, a private pilot, yachtmaster offshore, competent air weapons instructor and has considerable experience in driving diverse off road vehicles. He is also used to building the best of teams as a professional chartered industrial engineer and instructs with a spirit of enthusiasm and good humour.

Jerry has a huge range of skills! He comes from a police background specialising in CSI, but it’s not all problem solving with our Jerry. He’s also a wellbeing expert and qualified Tai Chi instructor.

Ruth has a love for adventure and has worked with ACF for over 15 years! Archery will always be Ruths passion, but she is also an expert in segways, outdoor pursuits and paddle sports.
