Team development falls into this category by creating an opportunity for those working together to sit and discuss what make them tick, what they like and dislike about work, We have trained facilitators that can help with what might be sensitive subjects in the workplace and help develop procedures and processes that address concerns a workforce might face. Programs can last a day or over a number of weeks/ months.
